He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Ellis and Clara Estelle Meadows Hall. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hall (Wicksburg Community) of Newton; his children, Billy Ray Hall, Jr. (Patti), Jon Hall, Jake E. Hall (Erin) and Penny Mills; his daughter-in-law Donna Ward (Steve); and his sisters, Merium Stickland, Jimmie Sanders and Madine Gradic. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Social distancing will be required.
