She was predeceased by: her parents, James Jackson Bivins and Rilla Mae Sloan Bivins; her husband Marvin Lester Radcliff; her grandson Josh Radcliff; her grandson-in-law Keith Brumbelow; and her siblings, Herman Bivins, Jim Bivins, Raymond Bivins, Johnny Bivins, Louella Boyd, Elsie George, Emma Lou Bivins, Dollie Faye and Sue Hamrick.

She is survived by: her children, Freda Seals of Newell, Larry Radcliff (Brenda) of Bremen, Barry Radcliff (Teresa) of Temple and Jerry Radcliff; her sister Doris Williams of Villa Rica; and her grandchildren, Melanie Morgan (Tony), Lori Brumbelow, Brittany Johnson (Kenny), Cory Radcliff, Harley Moran (Blake) and Destiny Radcliff. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jones-Wynn - Villa Rica Chapel (306 Westview Dr, Villa Rica, GA 30180). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:15 PM at the Melrose Hills Memorial Gardens (9446 Villa Rica Hwy, Villa Rica, GA 30180).
