He is survived by: his children, James William McCloud of Marion, VA and Caitlyn Rae McCloud of Marion, VA; his sisters, Sylvia Jane Meeks of Ranburne, AL, Mary Ann Fields of Tazewell, VA, Patsy Lee Kinder of Tannersville, VA, Carol Lynn Combs of Tazewell, VA, Nancy Karen Combs of Catabwa, VA and Amanda Ruth Bailey of Tazewell, VA; his grandsons, James Cayden McCloud and Chandler Abram Billings; and his pets, Jake and Max. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
