It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fairy Morrison Stewart (Newell, Alabama), who passed away on September 8, 2019, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Morrison and Nannie Cofield Morrison; and her brothers, Rudolph Morrison and Dale Morrison. She is survived by: her husband Byrd Stewart of Morrison; her daughters, Peggy Bullard (David) of Birmingham and Polly Goodwin (Bill) of Aliceville; her grandchildren, Brandy Huey (Derrick), Brook Corlett (Jack) and Will Goodwin (Ashley); and her great grandchildren, Sammy Huey, Joshua Corlett, Noah Corlett, Emma Lockhart and Carter Lockhart.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Union Baptist Church, 7645 Old Hwy 431, Newell, AL 36280.
