She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Mitchell and Mattie Jeter Mitchell; and her husband S. E. Meadows. She is survived by: her sons, Jimmy Mitchell (Lynn) of Newell, Edward Meadows (Denise) of Newell and James Meadows of Newell; and her siblings, Connie Meadows of Newell and Robert Mitchell (Elsa) of Buford, GA. She is also survived by six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
