He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wortham and Annie Thrasher Wortham. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Wortham of Newell; his children, Lacey Blankenship (Chris) of Newell, Jessica Leach (Chris) of Newell, Scott Wortham of Newell and Michael Wortham of Newell; and his sisters, Annie Lois Shears of Oxford and Trudy Barron of Roswell, GA.. He is also survived by four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
