She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Wagstaff, Sr. and Cora Wagstaff; and her siblings, Emma Starks, Tommy Lee, Allen Wagstaff, Jr. and Hezekiah Wagstaff.
She is survived by: her son Elliott Wagstaff (Toi) of Cincinnati, Ohio; her siblings, Jeffery Wagstaff (Ann) of Buffalo, Pastor Albert Wagstaff (Johnnie) of Omaha, Pastor MacArthur Wagstaff (Lessie) of Fort Wayne, Dr. Priscilla Hines of Detroit and Delores Williams (Calvin) of Adams, Tennessee; and also Robert Wagstaff (Barbara) of Montgomery, Alabama. She is also survived by two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
