He was predeceased by: his parents, John Allen Barnes, Sr. and Betty Lane Barnes; and his sister Sue Ellen Barnes (Davis). He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Hunt (Bradley); his brother-in-law Glenn H. Davis; and his grandsons, Bradley and Dylan.
