He is survived by: his wife Lisa Miller; his daughters, Amber Whitsett Powell (Tony Green) and Victoria Nichole Marshall (Michael); his grandchildren, Ashton Powell (Aydan Powell) and Fay Miller (Edith Mitchell); and his siblings, Kathy Bullock, Diane Clutts, Tammy Souder, Rhonda Nix, Jeff Prince and Randy Bullock. He is also survived by loving family members and friends.
