It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tommie Lois Davis (New Market, Alabama), born in Gurley, Alabama, who passed away on March 23, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Fanning and Mary Willie Hess Fanning; her husband James D. Davis Sr.; and her children, Toni Davis, Gene Davis and Jim Davis.
She is survived by: her son Charles Davis (JoAnn); and her sister Gladys Tipton. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
