He is survived by: his wife Linda Kennemer Campbell; his children, Garrett, Wytonna Campbell, Steven, Cassie Woods, Tanya and Timothy Bates; his mother Nancy Campbell; his siblings, Chad, Pat Campbell, Tara and Jeff Edwards; and his grandchildren, Lucas, Colton, Grayson Campbell, Makayla, Carlie Woods, Kursten Miller and Kara Bates. He is also survived by loving family members and friends.
