He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Collins and MaryAnn Collins; his grandmothers, Barbara Collins and Marguerite Pannasch; his brother Kris Collins (Ashley); his nieces, Stevie and Ollie Collins; his aunts, Karen Collins and Jeanann Pannasch Rauchberg (Andrew); and his cousins, Sadie and Ry Rauchberg.
