He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Judge and Lucy Judge; his siblings, Allie Lee Hayes, Sally Dixon, Pearl Gipson, Vera Prince, Baby Boy Judge and Davey Joe Judge; and his grandson Monty Turnage.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Judge; and his children, Alan Judge (Dana), David Judge, Ruth Turnage (Al) and Deborah Stone.
