He is survived by: his son Jessy Kelley (Melanie); his wife Susan Ayers Kelley; his mother Eloise Richardson; his grandchildren, Leighton and Livia; and his sisters, Patty Ray (Wayne) and Michelle Willard (Billy). He is also survived by three nephews and one niece.
