He was predeceased by: his parents, Leona Gruss and Richard Hartmann; his siblings, Francis, Leo, Agnes and Leona; and his daughter Tammy Luann.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Hodges; his children, George Anthony and Maylee Denise; and his sisters, Elsie Boone and Martha Ann Hubert.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Berryhill Funeral Home (2305 Memorial Pkwy NW, Huntsville, AL 35810).
