He is survived by: his father Danny Michaels (Clarissa); his sisters, Kathy Michaels and Kelly Bahney (James); his stepbrother Carter Hall; his grandparents, Martha Hemphill, James Michaels, Bobby and Rhonda Hall; his aunt Deborah Johnson; his uncles, Levoy Hemphill and David Michaels (Elaine); and his cousins, Katie Michaels, Anna Michaels, Stephen Michaels, James Johnson and Makayla Johnson.
