She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Sharpe; her sister Inez Struble; and her great grandchild Noah Sharpe. She is survived by: her caregivers, Mattie Gaines, Dee Dee Bond, Kayla Armentrout and Ruby Mae Armentrout; her children, Charlene Gard (Dennis), Tamara Hunter (Elvie), Tabitha Counts (Steve) and Greg Sharpe (Denita); her siblings, Lois Mullins, Vivian Selby, Juanita Miller, Carolyn Aycock, Connie Morris and Larry Selby; her grandchildren, Jessica Overcast, Austin Sharpe, Alyssa Gard, Colton Hunter, William Gard and Malayna Hunter; and her great grandchildren, Rylee Overcast, Mason Sharpe and Bryce Hale.

Memorial donation may be made to Gentiva Hospice or Huntsville Hospital NICU in lieu of flowers.
