He is survived by: his wife Faye Jacks Clark; his children, Jennifer Brooks (Bobby) and Michael Clark (Melia); his grandchildren, Garrett Brooks, Brittany Brooks Martin (Ryan), Maranda Clark and Myla Clark; and his siblings, James E. Clark and Margaret Roop. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
