He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver McPeters and Lillie McPeters; and his brothers, Franklin McPeters and Carlos McPeters. He is survived by: his children, Carla Gentle, Timothy McPeters (Gloria), Paul McPeters (Heather) and Phillip McPeters (Sara Cunningham). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of other family and friends.
