She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Ray Blair and Winnie Stone Blair; her siblings, Janie Spearman and Jerry Blair; and her son James Jacks.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patsy Harmening (Wallace) and Linda Edwards (Jarrad); her grandchildren, Alex Pugh (Matthew), Jackson Harmening, Peyton, Parker Scalf, Hannah Wilkerson, Kennedy and Cooper Edwards; her great grandchild Charlie Pugh; her sister Frances Hale; and her close friend James Brumlow. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
