It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gene Reid of New Market, Alabama, who passed away on March 27, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Irlan Reid and Irene Reid; and his siblings, James Reid, Ricky Reid, Charles Reid and Louise.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Reid; his children, Chris Reid (Jennifer), Rodney Reid (Jennifer) and Jason Reid; his grandchildren, Courtney Reid, Alyssa Reid, Ben Vollmer and Anna Callan; his sisters, Agnes Reid and Helen Helser; and his sister-in-law Sandra Reid. He is also survived by loving family members and friends.
