He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hicks and Helen Hicks; and his grandfather Lee Lincoln Davis. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Hicks; his daughter Michelle; his son-in-law Paul Smith; his son Matt; his daughter-in-law Shilo Hicks; his daughter Tori; his son-in-law Renny Rapoza; his grandchildren, Katie Jones (Zach), Tiny Allison (Dustin), Dylan Hicks, Aiden Rapoza, Sawyer Hicks, Karah Rapoza and Bryson Smith; his great grandchildren, Kingston Allison, Malachi Jones and Noella Jones; his grandchildren, Aly Coleman Windle and Mary Clayton Windle; his siblings, James Hicks (Teresa), Bill Hicks, Judy Sylvester, Brenda Johnson (Tom) and Vicki Hicks; and his sister-in-law Elaine Ziedan.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the The Event Center (1435B Paramount Dr, Huntsville, AL 35806). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
