She is survived by: her husband Jackie Johnson; her daughters, Jennifer Warmath (Bryan) and Nicole Carter; her stepchildren, Treva Newton (Doug) and Jimmy Johnson; her grandchildren, Andrea Warmath, Kylie Warmath, Dylan Cottingham, Landon Cottingham, Leland Cottingham, Matthew Pruitt and Wesley Bennett; and her great grandchild Lucas Pruitt.
