She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hayes and Martha Hayes (Gibson); and her sister Shirley. She is survived by: her husband Lonnie Edwards; her sons, Roger Dale Hayes and Billy Ray Hayes (Danna); her grandchildren, Dalton Hayes, Josie Hayes, Riley Hayes and Hope Hayes; her niece Kayla Hayes; her nephews, Shawn Hayes, Sam Moore and Floyd Moore; and her brother Michael Hayes.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hazel Green Funeral Home (13921 US-231 #8651, Hazel Green, AL 35750). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 12:00 PM at 144 Cemetery Rd, New Market, AL 35761.
