She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Louis Gibbs and Lena Pesnell Gibbs. She is survived by: her daughter Denease Rockett (Scott); her grandchildren, Lacee Rockett Kasyan (Tim) and Brandon James Rockett (Shelby); and her great grandchildren, Lena Kelly Kasyan and Mary-Ann Elizabeth Kasyan.
Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to the Alzheimer's Association.
