He is survived by: his wife Debbie Couch; his children, Brian, Amity Couch, Natalie and Joe Lowe; his grandchildren, Josh, Jessica Foley, Kristina Foley, Elizabeth, Justin Chesney and Joseph Lowe III; and his sisters, Lois Greer, Bonnie Combs and Sandra Collins.
