He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Allen Lewis and Sherry Kay Walls. He is survived by: his wife Shannon Martin Lewis; his daughters, Melanie Lewis and Hannah Lewis Pittman (Justin); his grandchildren, Kase, Oaklyn and Weston; and his brother Stevie Lewis. He is also survived by two nieces and three nephews.
