He was predeceased by: his parents, Farley Clark and Effie Mae Clark; his stepson Brian Payne; and his half-brother Charles McGlocklin. He is survived by: his wife Dian Meeks Parker; his son Keith Parker (Amy); his stepdaughter Kim Webster (Bobby); his grandchildren, Kade Parker (Ariel), Kolbie Parker (Bailee), Kassie Hicks (Ryne) and Jenna Webster; and his great grandchildren, Kash and Braelyn Parker.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gibson Cemetery.
