She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Paseur and Essie Paseur; her siblings, Irene Paseur Baker, Viola Paseur Keel, Delbert Paseur, Charles Paseur, James Paseur and Freddy Paseur; her husband Edgar Phillips; and her son Bruce Wade Phillips.

She is survived by: her son William "Terry" Phillips (Susan); and her daughter-in-law Mary Phillips Gandy. She is also survived by four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
