He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida Mae Cross Meeks and Carl Meeks; and his siblings, Bonnie Sue Cloud, Shelby Jean Maples, James Meeks and Billy Joe Meeks.
He is survived by: his siblings, Judy Wilson (Dan) and John Meeks.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Huntsville Downtown Rescue Mission, an organization that Jackie loved to support.
