He is survived by: his wife Mary Elenora "Ellie" Wagner; his sons, Jay Wagner and James Wagner (Monica); his grandchildren, Haley, Lanie Wagner and Caleb Wagner; and his siblings, Ray Wagner (LaVelma), Bill Wagner, Marilyn Wagner Weil (Lynn) and Linda Mangan (Frank). He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
