He was predeceased by: his son Bert Ulloa; and his grandson Justin Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ulloa; his children, James Ulloa (Amy), Karen Johnson (Christopher) and Amy Frazier; and his grandchildren, Kaithlyn Ulloa, Amber Frazier (Ken Arzadon), Dillon Welch and Trevor Welch.
