We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2023, at the age of 80, Mildred Evelyn Brooks Perry of New Brockton, Alabama, born in Corpus Christi, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Brooks and Miriam Brooks; and her husband John Perry. She is survived by: her siblings, Beverly Kaker and Allen Brooks; and her children, Brenda Bradshaw, Michelle Bennett, Ray Woolley, Deborah Stinson, Liz Jones, Jeanne Laxton, James Perry, Sandra Harlow and Ben Perry. She is also survived by 9 children, 16 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
