He was predeceased by: his mother Darlene Hicks of Enterprise; and his siblings, Cindy Antley and Rick Phillips. He is survived by: his partner DJ Hughes of Dothan; his children, Larry Phillips (Rhonda) of Atlanta, Michelle Phillips of Atlanta, Tiffany Phillips of Atlanta, Rachel Phillips of Dothan, Jamie Hughes of Dothan and Courtni Tyre Bodiford (Josh) of Birmingham; and his sisters, Grace Wellner (Kerry) of Texas, Theresa McWaters of Georgia and Vicky Schnier (Gary) of Dothan. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
