She was predeceased by: her mother Dorothy Adkison; her son Jonathan Crates; and her brothers, Johnny and Larry Adkison. She is survived by: her grandson Joshua Crates of Enterprise, AL; her daughter-in-law Chalena O'Neal Crates of Enterprise, AL; her brother Michael Adkison (Misty) of Bradenton, FL; and her pet Jello. She is also survived by numerous cousins, family and friends.
