She was predeceased by: her husband Nathan Cardwell; her parents, Oscar Edgar and Eula Edgar; and her son-in-law Ray Credille. She is survived by: her children, Retha Bowman (Jim), Rita Lott (Mack), Nita Dickey (Billy), Sherie Credille, Billy Cardwell (Sharon) and Philip Cardwell; and her sister Lilla Carter. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
