He was predeceased by: his parents, William Horace Dunn and Myrtle Mae Sullivan Dunn; his son William Horace Dunn; his mother-in-law Lorine Turner; his brothers, Elmer Dunn (Willie Lee), Johnny Dunn (Margie) and Earl Dunn; his brother-in-law Junior Sullivan; his sisters, Verna Lee James (Leo), Myrtle Strickland (Grady), Patricia Dearmon (Elbert), Deborah Forbus (Willie Dearmon), Elizabeth Dunn and Rosetta Dunn; and his sister-in-law Nova Patrick.
He is survived by: his wife Marvel Dunn; his daughter Marella Key (Jason); his siblings, Pee Wee Sullivan (Wanda) and Mae Jewel Sullivan; his father-in-law Rev. Donald Turner; and his siblings-in-law, Rev. Jerry Turner (Elaine), Rev. Kendall Turner, Mike Patrick, Karen Day, Janice Napp and Ella Rea Dunn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Red Springs Assembly (24489 Hwy17, Toxey, AL 36921).
