It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Denise Turner Thompson (Needham, Alabama), born in Butler, Alabama, who passed away on May 2, 2020, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Lloyd Turner; and her sister Gayle Lynne Turner. She is survived by: her mother Mary Merle Nordan Turner; her children, David Franklin Thompson, III, Cody Tyre Thompson and Samantha Denise Thompson; and her grandchildren, David Franklin Thompson, IV and Anastasia Lynne Eubanks.
Due to the Covid19 pandemic, a private graveside service will be held Friday, May 8, 2020, at Brightwater Cemetery with Rev. Kevin Luker officiating.
