He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wallace Spencer and Ilene Pearl Ritzschke Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Broadhead Spencer of Needham, AL; his children, Jeffry Scott Spencer (Corrina) of Orlando, FL, Clayton Shane Anderson (Paula) of Grove Hill, AL, Tami Marie Large (Gene) of Mary Esther, FL, Michele Lynn Neel of Williamson, GA and Tania Rae Jackson (Billy) of Gilbertown, AL; his sister Mae Hoesly (Fred) of Gladstone, OR; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Katrina, Courtney, Lyndsay, Emory, Riley, Abby, Luke and Josie; and his great grandchildren, Bailey, Jocelyn, Kennedy, Lucy, Katie, Jenny and Gracie.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Red Springs Assembly of God Senior Lunches.
