He is survived by: his wife Brenda Kay McLaughlin; his sons, Ron McLaughlin, Jesse McLaughlin (Amber) and Dion McLaughlin (Megan); his siblings, Carol Pickel, Elain Humphrey, Estelle Wright and Bobby McLaughlin; and his grandchildren, Hunter McLaughlin, Kody Miller, Mercedes McLaughlin, Trey McLaughlin and Jameson Dopson.
