He is survived by: his wife Melissa Smothers; his mother Pamela Smothers; his siblings, Kimberly Smothers (Steve), Kristy Freeman (John) and Gregory Smothers; his children, Savannah Dozier and Corey Smothers (Stacey); his stepchildren, Gerald Uvalle, Kayla Uvalle and Jasmine Uvalle; and his grandchildren, Brayden Dozier, Braxton Dozier and Peyton Smothers. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
