He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sides and Daily Sides; and his siblings, Lawrence, Hoover, Ricky Sides and Jean Myers.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Jean Sides of Nauvoo; and his children, Teresa Kim Phillips (Jay) of Hueytown, Scott DeLone Sides (Tammy) of Collinsville, TX and Kirk LaRan Sides (Cindy) of Cordova. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren, and 4 Great Great Grandchildren.
