She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlen Tolbert and Gloria Tolbert; her siblings, Debra Goodwin, Pamela Swann and Steve Tolbert; and her granddaughter LillyAnn Fayth Goodwin.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Dill; her children, Stacy Poff (Edward), Jennifer Sanders (Shane), Jamie Goodwin (Jessica) and Joey Dill (Candace); and her siblings, Sandy Taylor (Delmar) and Terry Tolbert (Lisa). She is also survived by 25 Grandchildren; 8 Great Grandchildren.
