He was predeceased by: his parents, Odie G. Hall and Victoria L. Hall; his siblings, Jack Hall, Annie Mae Kennedy and Sue Bonner; and his daughter Shelly Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Benton Hall; his children, Heather H. Jackson and Joe Ryan Hall; and his siblings, Faye Atkins, Nell Tittle, Janice Bickerstaff, Sharon Clark, Larry Hall and Maurice Hall.
