She was predeceased by: her parents, David Pendley and Dorothy Pendley; her children, Samuel T. Willcutt and Maggie Willcutt Smith; her grandson Dakota Cagle; and her brother David Lee Pendley.
She is survived by: her husband Howard Edward "Ed" Cagle; her children, Peggy McGraw (Bobby Joe), Tracy Cagle, Billy Cagle and Christpher Cagle; her siblings, Billie Jo Handley and Willie Oscar Pendley; and her grandchildren, Robert Dustin McGraw, Zachary Austin McGraw, Mason Bush, Krystal Melea Key, Tabitha Brooke Smith, April Nicole Smith, Lexie Bush and Nicholas Cagle. She is also survived by 12 Great Grandchildren.
