He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Smith Ennis; his son Harold Eugene Ennis; his sister Martha Imogene Ennis Smith; and his mother Martha Harbin Ennis. He is survived by: his sons, Gregory S. Ennis (Vanessa) and Gerald W. Ennis (Amanda); his siblings, Doris Gaye Dooley (Ed) and Robert Lee Ennis (Diana); and his grandchildren, Nora Ennis, Lana Ennis, Cortland Ennis and Leah Ennis.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Collins-Burke Funeral Home (303 Oak Hill Rd, Jasper, AL 35504). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Collins-Burke Chapel (303 Oak Hill Rd, Jasper, AL 35504).
