He is survived by: his wife Terri Alison Self; his children, Delaney Self Richardson (Ryan) and Dwight Mitchell Self, II (Emily); his siblings, Robert Self (Chas), Mike Self (Melissa) and Michelle Tiffin (Van); and his grandchildren, Vera Rayne Richardson, Ryder Slade Richardson, Sawyer Mae Self and Olive Mae Self. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
