He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Smith and Sara Smith; and his daughter Barbara Ann Kohler. He is survived by: his wife Delores Smith; his children, Billy W. Smith (Debra), James A. Smith (Deborah), Michael Joseph Smith (Michelle), Peggy Sue Pietropdola (Michael) and Debra Kasprzaki (John); and his sisters, Sharlene Schmidt, Brenda Adams and Barbara Jean Tortorici. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great -great grandchildren.
