Though Trevor may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He is survived by: his parents, Janet Smith and Chris Jacobs; his brothers, Tyler Nichols (Kayla) and Tanner Nichols; his grandparents, Melvin, Peggy Smith, Larry, Jewel Jacobs and Jeanine Jacobs; his nephew Milo Nichols; and his niece Bella Etie.
