He was predeceased by: his parents, R. C. Holt and Lenice Holt; and his brother David Holt. He is survived by: his former wife Tracy Holt; his sons, Adam Holt (Emily) and Justin Holt (Jazmine); his stepchildren, Adam McGee (Kayla) and Mackenzye Parrish (Jacob); his sister Jody Smallwood (Robert); and his grandchildren, Beau Holt, Raychel Holt, JJ Holt, Brailie Foster, Carson McGee, Kalem McGee, Amelia McGee and Luke.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Colbert Memorial Gardens (700 US-43, Tuscumbia, AL 35674).
